Managing Partner

Sanket Dalal is the founder and a Managing Partner of Anvaya Investments. He brings more than 15 years across senior living, hospitality, and medical office real estate, and has played a lead role in bringing multiple senior living communities in the Southeast to life. At Anvaya he focuses on investment sourcing, capital relationships, and business development, supported by a deep network of investors, lenders, and building partners. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Carolina.

Dharmesh Patel
Managing Partner

Dharmesh Patel is a Managing Partner of Anvaya Investments. He brings more than 30 years as a real estate investor focused on senior living and hospitality, alongside senior financial and operational leadership spanning banking, telecommunications, clean energy, and pharmaceuticals, including roles at 8 Rivers and ViiV Healthcare where he oversaw multi-billion-dollar transactions. At Anvaya he leads underwriting, operations, and the firm's operating partnerships. He holds an MBA in International Finance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
