Pastime Pavilian Regal Cinemas Anchored Shopping Center
Lexington, South Carolina

The distressed shipping center was purchased from Carolina First Bank in May of 2010. After renovation and reposition, more tenants were added and rent was increased. The shopping center was sold at 3.3x equity multiple in October 2014.

Village Store Retail Shopping Center
Lexington, South Carolina

Ground up development of a multi-tenant retail shopping center in Lexington, SC. The shopping center was sold in June of 2014 at 2.5x equity multiple after five years.

Quality Inn and Suites
Columbia, South Carolina

Rebranded a Travelodge Hotel into a Quality Inn and Suites in Columbia, SC beginning in May of 2015. Project consisted of gutting, and renovating the interior and exterior to rebrand the hotel. Reestablished guest satisfaction and increased business revenue by 3x from the time of initial investment. Exited the investment with 2.2x equity multiple in May of 2018.

The Gallus Stadium Park Inn, An Ascend Collection HOtel
Columbia, South Carolina

This non-functioning hotel, located in Downtown Columbia, SC, was strategically located near the University of South Carolina campus and football stadium. It was bought in November 2016. Following a complete renovation and gutting of the interior, the hotel was re-branded into a soft brand hotel in affiliation with the Ascend Collection (part of Choice Hotels). Renovations were very intensive and required creativity and efficient designs. The hotel was successfully sold in February of 2022 at a 2.2x equity multiple.

Forest Drive Office Building
Columbia, South Carolina

Office Building, acquired in November of 2015, was renovated to enhance curb appeal and re-positioned to increase tenants. The building was sold in June of 2022 for 3.5x equity multiple.
